Delete your MyPet App account
You can delete your account and your data at any time, free of charge.
In the app (immediate)
- Open MyPet App and sign in.
- Open the side menu and tap "Delete account" (it is also in My profile).
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without the app
- Email hola@mypet-app.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile, your pets and their health information, photos, reminders, assistant conversations, favourites and your Google, Apple or email sign-in.
- Your reviews and posts are no longer shown with your name.
What is kept
- Purchase and payment records that tax law requires us to keep, for the legal period, and for nothing else.
